We tried this recipe over the week that I had off work. It was delicious. I usually make salmon patties or pan fry with a little bit of lemon spice. This was way better then my pan fry way. It is definitely a keeper. Even my two littles liked it which they don’t eat too much in the way of fish expect tuna and salmon patties.
