About Me
Hi, I’m Angie, or Angie Pangie. I’m a 30-something stay at home wife and Mom. I’ve been married to my very best friend for the last 12 years and have three daughters – Katie (15), Lilly (11), and Babs (9). We live in Mid-Michigan in a very rural area, which means we have killer produce, but limited specialty items.
I’m a culinary graduate who is lucky enough to still be very passionate about cooking 19 years after I started my professional training. I’ve worked in many restaurants, hotel kitchens, and the like, but I quit before I got burnt out and now I stick solely to cooking in my own private kitchen. I enjoy cooking and baking equally, and excel at party planning and organizing.
This blog was created as an outlet for me to share the culinary adventures of my life. I hope that you will take something from my blog and create some culinary adventures of your own. Thanks for stopping by, and be sure and visit again.

Hiya, I’ve been reading your blog since the end of september (where I was directed through google for “the best pumpkin seed recipe” and I loved your method. I have a recipe I wrote tonight for loose meat sandwiches that I’d love your critique of if you feel comfortable, is there a chance I could email it to you? I am starting Cordon Bleu in January of next year and have been cooking my whole life.
Thanks for the great work, all of your recipes rock (my fiance loves the idea of ranch pretzels)
